Throughout her distinguished career, Yan has held leadership roles across multiple sectors. She served as Market Research Manager for a leading Western consulting firm and as Marketing Manager for a German manufacturing company. She also founded and led a PR firm, drawing on a decade of strategic communication experience.

Since 2017, Yan has specialized as an agent in overseas real estate, particularly promoting Portugal’s Golden Visa program. Her deep understanding of the market and regulatory landscape has made her a trusted advisor in the field.
